Cloth physics not rendering correctly

I have some flags in my scene which when simulating seem to be working fine, maybe slightly slow, but when I’m trying to render a sequence it seems like the physics is not ticking fast enough for them as they by the end of 300 frames have moved only slightly.

I tried enabling physics sub-stepping to no avail.

Hmm… Maybe try turning on fixed framerate in the project settings and set it to the sequences framerate.
