Hello.
Bon courage.
Cordialement.
K

Hello.
I had no issues with rendering. Here try with your image 1 in 4k and 8k.
Do you have problems with the RX 6800 on other demanding software?
On these cards there is sometimes a temperature problem depending on the "mounting" of the card (power line). You also have to play with the junction T° and the curve of the fans… You can try to see if it comes from the GPU with a 3d test under OCCT. Check the temperature of your CPU with a soft type HWmonitor. That said, with a T° problem, there should be a "cut" and not a "blockage".
In theory RX 6800 allows ray-tracing. Afterwards it may be a DLSS concern since RX 6800 does not have an immediately exploitable response to tensor cores or Nvidia's DLSS. AMD uses the FidelityFX Super Resolution feature which should be a competitor to DLSS. I don't know if this difference has an impact in Twinmotion. The technical department should probably have the answer.
Sorry for the nature of my answers which do not give "convincing" solutions. I'll follow the thread to see if you get a satisfactory technical response.
Good luck.
Cordially.

Hi,
Based on the crash report, do you have a performance monitoring and adjusting program like Riva Tuner or MSI Afterburner installed on your computer? This crash is usually caused by programs such as these adjusting GPU performance, causing Twinmotion to crash. If you disable to programs while using Twinmotion, this crash should no longer occur.
Best,
Raghib
Hi,
RivaTuner or MSI Afterburner are not installed on me. Images 2 and 3 are rendered in 4K. The problem with view 1. Even deleting view 1 and creating it again, the problem remains. I attach a printscreen of the OCCT test. And the recording from the monitor during the rendering of picture 1, performance indicators are visible on it in the upper right corner. Thank you all for your support! :) ... and I have this situation in many (
Thank you,
I see that there is a newer version of the driver for your GPu availablke now, Updating your drivers from the AMD Radeon™ RX 6800 XT Drivers & Support page might be helpful.
If updating the drivers does not help, please try running Twinmotion with minimal programs running, including with OCCT not running. It could possibly be due to interference from other programs, so if the crash does not occur with no other programs running, then that can help anrrow down the cause.
If that still does not help, we may need a copy of your Twinmotion file that this issue is occurring on for further investigation.
Best,
Raghib
Apologies for the delay in responding.
Thank you for sharing that video and providing the additional details.
After taking a closer look, it appears there are actually various GPU crashes occurring for you. Since there are different types of crashes, narrowing down the exact cause of each crash will take some additional effort to understand. Could you please submit a bug report here and upload copies of your Twinmotion file, your computer's DxDiag report, and your Twinmotion log files (Where to find Twinmotion .log file)? Once we have these, we can begin to better understand exactly what is causing these crashes.
In version 2022.2.2 emergency closure when rendering with ray tracing, and in version 2022.3, emergency closure is even simple when switching to an image.
