Clipping Plane with Cap

Hello,

I’m wondering if there’s a way to make a clipping plane over a geometry while creating a Cap for the parts that are cutted. Don’t know with I make myself clear…
I’m trying to make a cut on my building, so any other options that you might think of are all very welcome!

Thank you! For the first video, Ive tried to reproduce but with no results.. I couldnt actually get the caps working well!
I`ll try this plannar dissolve effect, it seems to work for me!
