Client's Character jittering movement on Listen Server side

Greetings!

Listen server sees client’s movement jittery when ping > 100. Client itself don’t experience jittering in movement while Listen server sees it.

Client sees other client’s and listen server movement perfectly, without any jitteriness.

Do you know how to get rid of this jitteriness on server side?

Listen server (Player 0) sees the data RAW and has to deal with it.
Players 1-N get corrected and networked smoothed updates from the Listen Server.
