Client player stutters when running forward

Using the Lyra sample in peer to peer multiplayer, the client player has a delayed reaction when clicking W to run forward. They twitch in place for a moment, then start running, but their running animation has strange skips and stutters. None of this happens when strafing or backpedaling, but the client can no longer run forward diagonally, as they are stopped completely. I haven’t modified any animations, and I even tried stripping logic from the hero, but the issue persists. One interesting thing is that the same stutters are also visible on the host’s screen. The host never stutters, but they can see the client’s stutters, so I don’t believe it’s a replication problem, but perhaps something with initialization? Also, in rare cases (one time only), I’ve started up play in editor, and this issue has resolved itself, but the next time it will come back. I’ve attached videos of both the client and host.
