Summary
A Level Sequence plays back smoothly in UEFN Editor (Bug Video 1) but not in Creative or Published Island (Bug Videos 2 & 3). The Level Sequence has two Actors. Actor 2 (CP_ZP_Shell_01_C_Spin) is anchored to Actor 1 (L T Prim Sphere Solid Full). Both Actors have multiple actors anchored to them (Bug Video 1). Actor 1 is keyframed to move Z-Position up and down. Actor 2 is keyframed to rotate 360 degrees. The Level Sequence is assigned to a Cinematic Sequence Device with the following settings: Loop Playback=Yes, Auto Play=Yes, Visibility=Everyone, Play Rate=1.0, Enabled on Phase=Gameplay Only (Bug Video 1).
Other Level Sequences in the same island with one Actor, also with multiple Actors anchored to that Actor, set to only change Z-Position, play as expected in UEFN Editor, Creative, and Published Island (Elevators seen in Bug Videos 2 & 3).

Steps to Reproduce
Add Actor 1 with multiple anchored actors to Level Sequence and keyframe shifts in Z-position. Add child Actor 2 of Actor 1 to Level Sequence and keyframe yaw rotation equaling 360 degrees in total. Place Cinematic Sequence Device and add Level Sequence to it with the following settings: Loop Playback=Yes, Auto Play=Yes, Visibility=Everyone, Play Rate=1.0, Enabled on Phase=Gameplay Only.
Expected Result
Cinematic Sequence Device should play Level Sequence in connected Creative sessions and Published Islands as keyframed in UEFN Editor.
Observed Result
Cinematic Sequence playback ignores Z-Position on Parent Asset and skips frames for Child yaw rotation.
