Summary
As of v31.40, Cinematic Sequence Camera Transitions have stopped functioning correctly, potentially related to the First Person Camera Device. Prior to v31.40 the sequence played perfectly every time.
The camera transitions do work on rare occasions, but the vast majority of times instead of transitioning back to the player’s POV, it instead just idles and waits for the cinematic to end, cutting to the player’s POV instead.

Steps to Reproduce
Set up a Cinematic Camera blueprint in your world, create a Cinematic Sequence where it transitions from the camera to the player’s POV. Add a First Person Device to the world.
Expected Result
The camera transitions like normal, as provided in the YouTube clip.
Observed Result
9 times out of 10, the Camera Idles and just cuts to the player’s POV instead of transitioning, also as provided in the YouTube clip.
