Cinematic render on extra high config but still weak versus RedShift

Trying to make short movies in UE4. The setting for render are on screenshot, but still the quality of rendered picture is not good enough comparing to Red Shift or Arnold or any other HiQ renderer.
Any ideas how to improve quality, espessialy gradient noise?
All RT functions are on max inc reflections and transparency.


Managed to overcome most of noises, but still this “noise” realy stops me, dont know what to do with it.
