Cinematic device force keep state dosnt work when player has moved far away from cinematic

Summary

I have a cinematic to turn dials for a puzzle in my game but when you teleport far away to another part of the map the cinematic resets which breaks the game as you need to line up dials in a visual position. this happens with every cinematic in the island
the log you place in the water.
the wooden beams on the cave entrance
the turntable dials on the floor
the big cave door that opens after solving the dials puzzle

Steps to Reproduce

make a cinematic with force keep state, activate / play it then teleport to the other side of the world, then return and the cinematic has reset and not in the forced state

Expected Result

the cinematic stays in the state at the end of the sequence where ever you go on the island or play space.

Observed Result

the cinematic returns to its original state.
