Cinematic Device Causes Static Mesh Animation Freezes During Gameplay

Summary

Animation Instability: without any changes to the Level Sequences or Cinematic Devices, several static mesh animations in-game have begun stuttering or freezing unexpectedly. However, when previewed directly from the Level Sequence, the animations play smoothly and as expected.

Additional Notes

The issue occurs regardless of sequence duration, number of keyframes, or meshes used

During gameplay, the animations stutter or freeze, often at specific moments, and sometimes the issue appears only after several cinematic cycles

The problem persists even in empty projects containing only a Level Sequence (migrated), a Cinematic Device, and Player Spawner

Rolling back to older project versions (as far back as December) does not resolve the issue.
