Chunky rendering artifacts around objects

I’ve been having issues on an ArchViz map I downloaded with flickering blocky artifacts appearing around some objects (see below). I’ve looked at similar discussions and some people are saying it could be because of indirect shadows - I have made sure these are disabled for the objects in question but no improvement. Any ideas what could be causing this?

An additional piece of information is that I am using scene capture components to render frames to disk (long story) and the artifacts only appear in the capture component renders, not the actual game scene render.

Update: I changed the walls from Movable to Stationary and this fixed the issue. Although this reduces the shadow and lighting quality, it is good enough for my purposes as a quick fix.

I’m having exactly the same problem, but what you’ve suggested hasn’t helped.

Note that I am using Unreal 5.3.2, I haven’t upgraded to 5.4 yet. The issue you linked may not be related.
