Summary
Before update 38.00, we used some blueprints as parents and some objects as children, so we could teleport them easily. After the update, child objects are ignored in the teleportation process. LOD and spatially loaded are disabled.

Expected Result
Children move with their parents
Observed Result
Only the parent object moves, and the child appears with the wrong scale.
