Child entity animations break when parent entity is also animated in Scenegraph

Summary

When animating both a parent and its child entity using Scenegraph keyframing, the child entity’s animation frequently fails to play. This issue does not occur when the parent entity is not animated. In that case, the child animates as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a parent entity in Scenegraph.

Add a child entity under the parent.

Apply keyframe animation to both the parent and the child entity (e.g. transform/position).

Start a session.

Expected Result

Both the parent and child entities animate smoothly according to their individual keyframes.

Observed Result

The child entity does not animate correctly in ~90% of cases when the parent is also animated. It remains static or when it does work it works good. This issue disappears when the parent has no animation applied.
