Chicken eggs are not destroyed between round

Steps to Reproduce

wildlife spawner device
have it spawn chickens
play and let chickens spawn eggs
restart play/end round

Expected Result

eggs are cleared

Observed Result

eggs remain

Upon further research just having any wildlife spawner(even one that can’t spawn chickens) causes eggs to scatter all over the map , even before the game has started. I have ended and restarted the session and eggs persist
