Sometimes chests dont drop one of the items, you can see it for a split second, like 10ms. I think these items are the current chapters items like the IP chug jug (see image) Video Unavailable

After 39.00 it’s worse, if you place 10 chest only 2 or 4 of them(random) appears in game

btw, why don’t you use tracker device to make custom loot from chest as a temporary solution?
Wont grant loot when chest is broken
If you don’t care that the player can break the chest, if you attach it to an indestructible actor (such as the landscape) the chest cannot be broken
The player needs to be able to break the chest and get loot in my map so all I can do is wait for epic to fix it
