Character devices transform component does not work in level sequences

Summary

If you try and move a character device between 2 points within a level sequence, the character does not move, and instead takes up the position of the most recent transform key changed, reguardless of where it is in the timeline, instead of blending between each keyframe

Steps to Reproduce

Place a character device from the content browser. Inside a level sequence, add the character device and add a transform component. Set a keyframe at any point in the timeline. Move to a time further ahead, move the character device and set another keyframe.

Expected Result

The character device moves from the location in keyframe 1 to the location at keyframe 2 as the timeline progresses between them

Observed Result

The character device is stuck at keyframe 2, and does not blend between them as the timeline progresses

Additional Notes

You can work around this by attaching the character device to another prop and using that for the transform, however this is clunky and awkward to use
