Character Device breaks sequence when its transform is animated

Summary

Character Device breaks sequence when its transform is animated. The actor becomes unselectable in sequence after you close and reopen it, then it doesn’t animate based on the keyframes you ve set.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a sequence
Place a character device
Animate its transform inside sequence
Save
Close the sequence window
Re-open it

Expected Result

Animation is still the same, Character device is keyframes correctly and it animates correctly

Observed Result

The character device has been replace by Character_Mannequin, doesn’t animate anymore, and cannot be selected from the sequence
