Beginner here. I am attempting to follow the directions here for adding an animation to a character in the sequencer.
I was successfully able to do part 1 where I animated the transform of the Cine Camera.

When I play this animation, the character does not animate. I’ve basically followed the instructions and not diverged at all. Wondering if there is some option I need to set on the mesh or sequencer to get this to work correctly?
Can you check that the mannequin is in Movable Movility in the Details Panel?
Maybe try creating another one and drop the animation directly to that model.
Or, you can drag and drop an animation direct in the Viewport and that will generate the mesh and the animation added, so you can see if any of those mannequins move when you press play.
I had this same issue and I just deleted the control rig from the mannequin and it fixed it. But isn’t it better to have the control rig attached in case I want to make little changes to the animation???
