Steps to Reproduce
Any new Terrian Prop that has been added from Chapter 7 Season 1 onward experiences this. Locate the Chapter 7 Season 1/2 Galleries and find their terrain. Place the whole gallery if youd like and to compare, locate the Chapter 4 Terrain (the very first terrain of its type ever added) and put it next to it to compare.
Expected Result
For them to at least disappear at the same time as other props or older terrain props
Observed Result
They disappear as soon as you blink (exaggeration) BUT they do in fact despawn quicker than anything else.

Additional Notes
Now this MAY have to do with the current Render Distance bug thats in Creative 1.0 atm BUT if its not then this is very much an issue at best. But again, could be connected to the render distance issue!
