Hello. I’m working with my project and I have a characters with a unusual texture. Ther you can fide normal parts and white painted parts. I can’t color it. How can I it?
Also I have used a few ways and it doesn’t works.

You’re on the right track with dd26, just make that ‘add’ connected to the red a ‘multiply’…
But it makes a mess with colors:
You can get it slightly better ( I will try and recall the function name ), but you can only color the bits you managed to separate out as white. The grainy nature of the coloring is because of the grainy nature of your white ‘extraction’…
Nope, can’t find the ■■■■ thing. Basically you need to get the bits you need to change isolated in B&W ( which you pretty much have ), then you can multiple that by a color and then multiply the result back into the material.
So like you have, but multiply on the red instead of an add.
But it’s usually not going to be ideal…
