Changing Booths are Broken in v34.20

Summary

Every time I try to enter a changing booth in creative after v34.20, it immediately force exits the player, making it unusable.

I noticed in todays v34.20 release notes this change:

“Upgraded the Changing Booth device to use the same locker experience as the lobby. Introduced vehicles as an option in the Changing Booth. Now players can change vehicle cosmetics using the Changing Booth, instead of having to exit to the lobby!”

This update appears to have unintentionally broken the functionality of Changing Booths. Currently, they are unusable as players are instantly ejected upon entering, and the Locker UI never appears.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter a Creative Island that has a Changing Booth
  2. Try entering the Changing Booth

Expected Result

The Changing Booth shouldn’t force exit you and should show the players Locker UI to change their skin, accessories etc

Observed Result

Everytime you enter the Changing Booth, it forcefully exits the player from the Changing Booth. The Locker UI never opens.

FORT-879316 is ‘Closed’ as ‘Fixed’. The issue will be addressed in 34.20.
