Summary

When trying to change car cosmetics in the changing booth device your owned car cosmetics are not loading.

Interact with changing booth device and click the cars tab of your locker.

Expected Result

See all your owned car cosmetics

Observed Result

No single owned car cosmetic is displayed

This bug report is a syptom of a larger problem that is causing decals and boosts to not load at all, resulting in all sports cars and suvs having plainer than usual textures and no special boost sounds/effects

Also please make sure to hit the Vote button in the top right of your thread so that it gets noticed by Epic
