Summary
When you publish a version with the static mesh changed on a static mesh actor some players report that the asset hasnt been changed and it stays with the old asset for some games or even weeks.

Steps to Reproduce
- In a published island that has a static mesh actor, change the static mesh of that static mesh actor.
- Publish the new version with the static mesh changed
Another way to get the same effect is with the edit session:
- Start and edit session with two players
- Change the static mesh of a static mesh actor
- Push Changes
Expected Result
All Clients have the change of the static mesh
Observed Result
One client will not see the change of the static mesh or will have problems with collisions
