If you didn’t receive anything in your spam folder this issue could be related to Epic/Fab completely broken query/servers system. Epic/Fab just won’t help on many cases like this one and don’t reply to support requests. I hope in your case they do take time to look into it. Similar issues have been persistent for months and they don’t bother fixing them. You could consider making a new duplicate and submitting the same asset again.
