I’ve been trying to submit an asset on the fab marketplace, now the asset says “Changes Needed”, but I didn’t receive any email or any suggestion on what are the changes i need to make.
Epic/Fab just won’t help on many cases like this one and don’t reply to support requests. I hope in your case they do take time to look into it. Similar issues have been persistent for months and they don’t bother fixing them. You could consider making a new duplicate and submitting the same asset again.
Not a single mail, main and spam. I’ve been changing the listing post 10 times to see if something would change or if in other cases the mail would arrive, but nothing. Thank you for replying anyway.
