Change setting for Launcher level

When I go to launch my level it runs very slow on my PC I am not using a super powerful pc. Everything runs fine just when I go to launch it. I was wondering if there is some way to slightly lower the Quality so it can run well on my computer.

and in turn when I click play the quality is very low is there also some way to slightly bump it up?

In the editor Settings > Engine Scalability Settings; here you can set the quality as you like.
