Change render settings

Hey guys! I have something to ask. I want to create something with low poly art and I want my scene to look like this:

or this:

I want that warmy look of my models and everything else. Could I change that somewhere?

One more question. Can I change sun and clouds images/models somewhere so it doesn’t look that high quality?

Last question. I would like to create a neon sign and apply lighting to it so it emits equal amount of lighting from all parts. Do I have to set my texture to have this outer glow so I get that neon sign look, or I can do that somehow other than texturing?

Thanks guys!

  1. You will have to use a low poly shader/flat shading (https://forums.unrealengine/showthread.php?32327-Flat-shading-tips-techniques) + just change the colours a litte bit so that you get that “warm” look -> ?v=Qj1FK8n7WgY
  2. just go to the sky bp and change the material so that it fits to your needs. Or just create your own sky -> https://juarez3d.files.wordpress/2011/06/tutorial_animated_skydome_v1-3.pdf
  3. you can do it in two ways. Either just add an emissive effect (in your material) + a light or enable the emissive light effect: https://docs.unrealengine/latest/INT/Engine/Rendering/Materials/HowTo/EmissiveGlow/index.html#usingemissivematerialstolighttheworld

Thank you so much for your help! It’s so nice that you added links to your answers. Much appreciated!
