I cannot seem to get the “Cast Shadow as Masked” Material parameter to work with a Translucent material.
If I load up the Material_Properties Content Example map, and rebuild the lighting, the shadow that appears in the sample disappears. Any ideas what I am missing?
I seem to have this problem with 5.1 … been trying to make boxmask work for baking lights. Wont work on cpu or gpu lightmass… with gpu its a solid shadow … with cpu lightmass its no shadow… realtime shadows work though.
