Need help
Artifacts appear after lightmaps building from Stationary light sources on dynamic objects. Engine version 4.27.
If I interact on the dynamics through the Editor on the playing game level -artifacts disappears (the collision is turned off there, and anything to poke).
If I turn off (Cast Dynamic Shadows) flag on dynamic object - artefacts disappears.
I’ve encountered this problem too, in various scenes…one which is fully dynamic lighting. One suggestion I’ve seen is to change the Shadow Bias and/or Shadow Slope Bias in the directional light. However, it usually causes the shadows to be a bit off at the corners of objects, so instead of starting at the caster’s exact corners, it becomes detached. A better way to try and fix it is using cvars in the console, such as r.shadow, r.csm, etc.
