is there a problem with activation server ? because it’s not possible to log in and activate the program online or use the share report to https://www.capturingreality.com
it always says , online activation has failed .

i already followed these tips , and still not working , the issue just happened tome suddenly ,before everything was fine and i was able to log in .

Are you able to log in here: My - Sign in - Capturing Reality and here: https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/?
Do you have opened RealityCapture? If you click on the question mark in upper right corner, what does it say?

i am able to log in via chrome browser on both My - Sign in - Capturing Reality and

https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/ with no issues .

the only issue is with reality capture .

Hi ,

i followed the tips , but still staying no connection . it is really weird . i was able to log in 2 days ago normally the issue happened suddenly when i was using capturing reality .

Your token is different in your account as you used in the video. Have you created a new token meantime?
Can you try open RealityCapture with pushed SHIFT and then choose the option Make it like a clean install? Is it possible to login after that?
As you wrote it worked before, have you changed something with your internet connection?

Hi otrhan ,

Thanks a lot for the tips , i solved the issue and the only way i did is i give my laptop a fresh restart and a keep the files , now everything is okay .

i still don’t the root cause of the issue . but when i format my laptop it worked .
