CapsuleComponent not fix in the middle of the chaperone/jail

So, I’ve realized the CapsuleComponent is always locked in the middle of the chaperone, is not possible to liberate it? If I create a First Person Project and use for VR project, then is not right at all, this collision is placed always in this location, and brakes the enhanced featured of this inherited component (step height, physic blocking, etc. if for example I use trackpad for move mixed with absolute position around the jail…)
