Cant seem to get the Path tracer to show up

So i updated to 4.22.3.

Got the latest Nvidia driver through experience

windows version 1803

RTX 2080 card.

Ray tracing enabled in the project settings and RHI set to DX12

But i cant see the path tracer option under the view mode options or get any of the lights to actually ray trace, even though the settings for ray tracing seem to be available.

Anybody got some idea of what to try next?

Im just gonna leave this here so people can see my stupidity of reading windows version 1803 vs 1809, i upgraded to 1903, and it works just fine
