Can't see sun or clouds on any project

I was messing with my lighting ect trying to get everything how I wanted it, when I was messing with options I could see the sun and clouds but when I closed UE4 and came back to it later I can’t see the sun or clouds no matter how much I change the opacity, brightness or the position. Does anyone know what could be causing this when I delete the sky sphere I can see the sun again but not the clouds.

example:

I haven’t had this happen yet so I don’t really know what the problem is, if anyone could help me fix this I would appreciate it very much! Also this is using 4.8 and it appears I can’t see the clouds or sun on any level I open now.

Hey Last_Attempt,

The skysphere is actually a blueprint which contains all the clouds and parameters you are changing within the details panel. If you think you might have accidentally deleted parts of the blueprint, you can always create a blank blueprint project and migrate the blueprint over to your existing project.

In order to do this, simply enable the ability to view the ‘Engine Content’ within your content browser via the ‘View Options’ at the bottom right hand corner. In the search field type the word ‘sky’ and it will filter your results. Right click on the ‘BP_Sky_Sphere’ and choose the migrate option. Locate your current projects ‘Content’ folder in your ‘Unreal Projects’ folder location.

Cheers,

Thanks, this didn’t 100% work for some reason when I tried to migrate the BP_sky it was giving me an error. So I just made a completely new map and just copy/pasted the BP nodes and it fixed it.

Thanks again, really appreciate the help!
