Cant restart UEFN without restarting PC after this update

Summary

When you close UEFN, it still runs. Cant figure out how to kill from processes either, as it doesn’t exist.

Steps to Reproduce

Open UEFN
Close UEFN

Expected Result

You can start UEFN again

Observed Result

UEFN shows as running and cant start it again without restarting PC

UCB-1274 incident has been created. Status is ‘Awaiting Validation’.

This bug has been around for what is likely LITERALLY forever. We all just ignore it now by pinning UEFN to the taskbar. Epic knows about this as they have the same problem, if they were going to fix it, they’d have fixed it months ago I think.
