I was recieving this error so I made a new test code
It just said it was submitted but is not showing up as in review under public Islands.
Note: I did not have any pending or in review when I got the error in the pic below.

Current public version is ?v=6 but I made some changes and need to make a new version which would be ?v=7. When I try to submit to create a new version, I get the image below but the test code doesnt show up under the the publish versions as in review.
I tried typing in the Island code with ?v=7 at the end and it does load the game which leads me to believe the new submission is live but not accessible via Island Code entry when trying to change the game mode and not showing up in the Creator Portal.
