Can't process Scan. It goes to 99% and then it fails.

I have in total three scans that when processing in RealityScan it goes up to 99% and then just fails. I have tried processing each of these around five times now. The capture looks good and green and similar captures has no issues processing.

I get an email saying this:
Your model from May 23, 08:43 AM UTC failed to process.

Please try re-processing your model by resuming the session from your project browser and processing your project again. If the problem persists, please reach out to us via RealityScan Community Forums.

Is there a way to reset something without having to re-capture? Or maybe how to export the images taken and try in a different software.

I really don’t want to loose these capture’s since its not possible to capture them again.

So after some more testing I have narrowed it down to it only being the detailed setting that fails to process. Using the smooth setting seems to work
