can't play creative mode

Summary

I can’t get into creative mode anymore it just says ERROR SERVER FAILED TO START IN TIME. I’ve talked to epic games, they can’t figure it out. I’ve reset everything, uninstalled and re installed everything. even factory reset my computer and took it to an I. T . specialist and everything works great!. but my account won’t let me get into creative to build maps anymore. when i login to my other Fortnite account it lets me into creative mode just fine no issues. bare in mind i’m using the same computer and internet modem. anyone help? or have the same issue?

Same issue for me. I’ve tried multiple consoles and multiple internet connections, and get the same error. I can join Creative from other accounts on the same console.

An old reddit thread says this happens if you have an island that has a bug with the new season. The thread says you can join a friend’s creative & then change your preset island. Maybe that’s out of date though because I can’t seem to change my preset island if i’ve joined a party.
