Can't open Windows-made Unreal project on MacOS

Hey guys,

I’m working as a sound designer with a team that made an Unreal project with Windows computers (C++ based I think), I downloaded it via Git and can’t open it on my Mac. I started learning Unreal a few weeks ago so I might have missed something. Being on Mac, I don’t use Visual Studio but XCode. Those are the specs:

MacBook Pro M2Max
MacOS Sequoia 15.3
Unreal 5.44

When I’m trying to open the project on Unreal, I’m facing this error message:

I have two options: if I click Yes, after a few seconds, I get the following message and the project doesn’t open:

If I click No, I get this message instead:

And then, if I click Yes, the Unreal Launcher opens, shaders start loading, etc., but around 75% I get this error and the session still doesn’t open:

Do you guys have any idea why this is happening or how to fix it ?
