Can't make navmesh larger

I’ve been building off of the topdown example (blueprints) but seem to have run into a problem with the navigation mesh. I’ve created a larger boundary with a standard NavMeshBoundsVolume, but no matter what I do I simply do not seem to be able to expand it past the area shown in the picture below (green rectangle). I do have dynamic updates on, and I have rebuilt the level multiple times.

Interesting. Do all the involved meshes have appropriate collision set? What happens if you use BSPs? The project looks simple enough, care to share it so that I can debug it?



Collision for the single NavMeshBoundary and actor are detailed in the below images. You’ll have to forgive my lack of experience for the rest of the requests, so please let me know exactly what you would need me to do.
