Can't launch a session for one of my projects

Summary

I have been having an issue with a UEFN project of mine, loading into the creative hub to wait for it to compile, and, after being sent to the loading screen, disconnecting due to being TIMED OUT

  1. Open the project
  2. Press Launch Session
  3. Wait for it to validate and upload
  4. Wait in the creative hub for it to compile

The session must load as expected

I have just tried to launch a session again, and it worked this time. However, I am not sure if it’s a lucky try or the issue is truly fixed.

After refreshing the session, the editor has given me this error and the loading screen stayed. Closing the game and launching the session again worked.

Have you had luck since? Could we get your editor logs after a fresh repro so we can investigate further?

It seems like the issue is no longer there, even though I haven’t changed anything: the project hasn’t been edited, the internet connection and the hardware are the same. In that case, do you still need the logs?

The status of FORT-1078923 changed to ‘Needs Triage’. We’ve confirmed the issue and it’s waiting to be assigned to someone to fix it.
