I’ve been trying to install the engine. At first, I was getting somewhere, until it reached 83%. It froze and now it won’t install at all. Even after restarting everything. The crazy thing is… I can install games! It makes no sense 
. Please help!

That is an installation point where it gets cumbersome. Usually, you simply need to let it go and do its thing!
