Cant get mass cowd AI to work with video renders in level sequencer

I have been trying for over a month to get the Mass Crowd AI spawner from the City Sample Crowds pack to work with video sequencer so that I can render out a crowd of people to a video. I have successfully created the zone graph and it works just fine when playing in the editor and when packaging my game to an application, but when trying to render the zone graph out into a video render sequence the zone graph does not activate. Has anyone else found a way to make this work, I have tried adding my zone graphs as well as all the “MassSpawner, MassCrowdRepresentationSubsystem, etc.” objects into the sequencer so that they are properly tracked and activated and yet everything I have tried has failed. The zone graph just doesnt activate. Has anyone else ran into this issue or perhaps found a solution? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated
