Can't enroll for Creative Program - Error 500 from server

Summary

When I try to enroll in Creative Program as Island Creator - on the 3rd step, where need to enter Unique Code (seems like nickname) - error appears when pressing Next.
“The request as sent cannot be handled by the server. SentryEventId=4db71337f22446ce89a4f7580d8d103d”.
I message support center, but no one helps me :frowning:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. login in fortnite website.
  2. go to creative program page.
  3. click enroll now.
  4. going through steps until 3rd step.
  5. enter nickname - click next.
    Here error appears.

Expected Result

registered as island creator

Observed Result

error: The request as sent cannot be handled by the server. SentryEventId=4db71337f22446ce89a4f7580d8d103d

After a few days of communication with tech support, I was able to go ahead and register as an island creator.
