Can't create working steam subsystem server [Help]

Can’t create server in 8th chapter of this guid - A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums
Don’t understand there i should create class CreateCustomDedicatedServer etc. Who can help to create this and send video guid or text guid. Also my code can’t find #include “OnlineSubsystemUtils.h”.

Just use the Advanced Sessions plugin, it really does the same thing and more.
