Can't create new C++ project on Mac Silicon M1

Can’t create new C++ project on Mac Silicon M1 (with Blueprints everything OK). After create new project (last step in master) in UE4.27 I got the error:

The project could not be compiled. Would you like to open it in Visual Studio Code?
