Can't compile from VS2022 UE5.0.3 from source

Hello!..

i have githubed, downloaded as zip, unzipped, Setup.bat, GenerateProjectFiles.bat -2022, then open SLN with VS2022, and get many "
could not load vcxpro" files… then when i try to compile the engine… i get this:

what could it be?

It’s saying it can’t load the file given. Seems like your VS installation is missing some files?
