Can't compile C++ project in UE4 editor

After I installed the UE 4.11 in my Mac EI Captain OS, I tested it with a new C++ project, unfortunately I can’t compiled any c++ code change in game and aslo can’t package game content. console outputed the following errors.

I was able to create a new blank C++ project and package for Mac without any error. Are you attempting to package for Mac or iOS? Was there anything added to the project before packaging? I notice some Japanese kanji in the error message you posted, is your machine set to the Japanese region?
