Can't aligning images

I am tring to aligin images but seems the operation failed,meanwhile when I wanna creat model with high detail it still failed.I have no idea how to solve the problem,please help me :sob:

This may be connected to an issue with the language of your username if you’re using RealityCapture. Take a look at this post. This was the same error. I’d start there and see if that resolves the problem. I hope this helps!
