We have noticed that this error is connected to the username of the Epic Games account. I can see that your username is written in Russian alphabet (correct me if I am wrong), and RealityCapture has some issues with that.
Unfortunately, for RealityCapture to work, the username has to be made only of English alphabet letters and number.

I had the same problem.
Apparently, this is due to the language of the Windows username.
I had my user name in Kanji, and changing it to English solved the problem.
