Can’t apply data layers to devices.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a data layer, add it to the data layers outliner
  2. Try to add a data layer to any device on the map

Expected Result

The data layer will be added successfully to the device just like to any other prop.

Observed Result

Can’t add a data layer to the device.
